Connie Vanderhulst,
Business Office Manager

I have been in the health care field for over 20 years. The past 8 years has been working with assisted living and memory care communities. I have been married for 33 years, have 2 children, one married and the other getting married in July 2017. I also have one granddaughter and twins granddaughters on the way due Jan 2017. One fun fact about me is that I have rescued over 200 dogs through several rescue groups.

Sheila Meyer,
Executive Director

I have worked in the healthcare industry most of my career. I have spent the past 19 years in Senior Housing and 9 years in Long Term Care. My heart is with the seniors we serve and striving each day to make their lives better. It’s the small things that we as staff do on a day to day basis that add up to the joy we are able to bring. When I am not at Gable Pines, I enjoy gardening, reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Amber West,
Director of Life Enrichment

I have worked in healthcare for the past 15 years.  Prior to coming to Gable Pines I worked as an Occupational Therapist in a pediatric setting for 9 years.  My expertise and creativity in the world of sensory integration and childhood development has really allowed me to create a well-rounded, meaningful, and purposeful activity schedule and program at Gable Pines.  I truly enjoy the ability to connect with persons of all backgrounds and enrich their lives through our wellness calendar.  When I am not at Gable Pines I enjoy spending time creating and repurposing furniture and decorations, camping, and exploring the great state of Minnesota with my husband, stepdaughter, and two dogs!

My name is Janna Politte.  I am the Director of Resident Relations here at Gable Pines.  I’ve worked in senior communities for almost 17 years and truly enjoy working with and getting to know our residents.  I’m married with two children and seven grandchildren.

Sam Rinke,
Director of Sales and Marketing

I am the Director of Marketing and Sales here at Gable Pines and have been in the senior living industry for six years. I love being the first person that families get to interact with when they first come to Gable Pines. I have the unique opportunity to show them and tell them about this beautiful community and find out what it is that they are looking for and what’s important to them. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jessica for 4 years now and we have a little Yorkie named Teddy.

Jack Larson,
Director of Plant Operations

My name is Jack Larson and I am the Director of Plant Operations here at Gable Pines. I have been in senior housing maintenance for seven years now and I was a mechanic for a senior bussing company for the previous four years.  I truly enjoy working in the senior housing environment and keeping our community running in top shape!  I have been married to my beautiful wife Jessica for 17 years now and we have five dogs to keep us busy.  Jessica shows dogs and we travel a lot for our canine kids!  When I am not at dog shows I enjoy cooking food and camping!

Brian Pearson,
Director of Culinary

My name is Brian Pearson I am the culinary director here at gable pines. I have over 35 years of experience in the culinary field. I graduated with a culinary degree in 1981. I have worked in hotels, private resorts, and country clubs here and in the Florida Keys. I look forward to meeting everyone and to have the opportunity to serve you. Please feel free to approach me and say hi anytime.
